How CRMsoftware.eu handles your privacy

As of May 25, 2018, all companies and organisations that maintain and process personal data of European citizens must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

CRMsoftware.eu makes every possible effort to guarantee your privacy. In this document, we provide you with information about the steps we have taken to comply with the GDPR. If you have any questions or comments as a result of this, please contact us via dpo@softwareinformatie.nl or +31 (0)299-200310.

What we mean by personal data

We would like to clarify what is meant by “personal data“. This is data that can be linked to or identify an individual.

This includes: name, telephone number, email address, etc. General company information does not fall under this heading unless you are a sole trader/freelancer.

Collecting and processing personal data and data minimisation

As part of data minimisation, CRMsoftware.eu only collects, stores and processes personal data if this is necessary to carry out our services. CRMsoftware.eu only collects personal data that is publicly available or that you have provided to us yourself.

Is any personal data shared with third parties?

CRMsoftware.eu never shares your data with third parties without your explicit permission. After you have instructed us to put you in touch with software suppliers, we will send you an email describing exactly how the process works and how your data will be used.

In this email we restate the fact that you have granted us permission to share your data with third parties. Should you object to this, we explain how you can contact us to reverse this. We will then immediately stop sharing your data and indicate that the data already provided may no longer be used and must be removed.

Data Protection Commissioner

CRMsoftware.eu has appointed a data protection officer to handle questions, requests and complaints regarding privacy. This Data Protection Officer (DPO) makes every effort to respond to your privacy-related questions and requests as quickly, clearly and completely as possible. The DPO can be reached via email address: dpo@softwareinformatie.nl or +31 (0)299-200310.

Access to personal data

The internal processes at CRMsoftware.eu are designed in such a way that employees only have ‘need-to-know’ basic access to personal data. This means that personal data is only available to employees when it is necessary to carry out their work.

Services and suppliers

CRMsoftware.eu has made agreements with the software suppliers about the way in which they use your personal data. The software suppliers have declared that they are in compliance with the regulations in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This also applies to parties that provide services to CRMsoftware.eu.
