Processing of personal data is only lawful if the processing falls under one of the principles set out in the GDPR*. CRMsoftware.eu processes personal data on the basis of explicit permission given by the individual concerned for the processing of this personal data.

In terms of processing personal data for (direct) marketing purposes, CRMsoftware.eu takes the stance that this processing is necessary for the representation of the legitimate interests of CRMsoftware.eu.

Purpose of processing

Execution of an agreement

If a visitor enters into an agreement with CRMsoftware.eu, the personal data provided will be processed in order to properly execute the agreement. The agreement between CRMsoftware.eu and the visitor consists of mediating between the visitor and suppliers of software. In addition, CRMsoftware.eu will send the visitor an email message with one or more suppliers of software, who will approach the visitor, exclusively at the request of the visitor, with information about the software they supply.

CRMsoftware.eu will provide the contact details to a maximum of 7 software suppliers when executing the agreement. The visitor can therefore be contacted by a maximum of 7 suppliers.

Marketing

Contact information provided is used by CRMsoftware.eu to approach the person in question with information about the services provided by CRMsoftware.eu. Data that CRMsoftware.eu collects through your visit to the website is also used to approach these visitors with information about the services provided by CRMsoftware.eu.

Product Information

How we process data

Leadforensics

Via the Leadforensics IP-tracking software, CRMsoftware.eu determines the IP address from which the visitor uses the website. Based on this IP address, CRMsoftware.eu is able to obtain company information from the visitor by means of the Leadforensics software. The data that CRMsoftware.eu obtains via Leadforensics only concerns the generic email address of the company, the website of the company, the company name and location.

Screentracking

CRMsoftware.eu gains insight into the use of the website through screen tracking via the Mouseflow software (see: mouseflow.com/gdpr/) and VWO (see: vwo.com/platform/security-compliance/gdpr/). This enables CRMsoftware.eu to improve the ease of use and user experience for the visitor. The information obtained about the use of the website can never be traced back to an individual, as Mouseflow and VWO completely anonymise all data obtained.

Google Analytics

CRMsoftware.eu uses the Google Analytics software to gain insight into website traffic. CRMsoftware.eu does not collect IP addresses via Google Analytics. The information collected by Google is anonymised as much as possible.

The data collected by Google Analytics is transferred to Google servers in the United States. Google meets the requirements set by the Privacy Shield and thereby offers an appropriate level of protection.

CRMsoftware.eu uses the remarketing function in Google Analytics. By placing a cookie, CRMsoftware.eu can show visitors of the website an advertisement in the display network of Google at a later time. If you visit the CRMsoftware.eu website, the number of ads displayed through the Google Analytics remarketing feature is limited to a maximum of five ad views.

Security

CRMsoftware.eu makes every effort to adequately protect all personal data collected. CRMsoftware.eu has taken both technical and organisational measures to achieve a sufficient degree of security for this personal data, given the nature of the personal data to be processed.

The CRMsoftware.eu website is secured with an SSL certificate. All messages sent via the website are therefore sent to CRMsoftware.eu encrypted.

Period of storage

Data that CRMsoftware.eu obtains through screen tracking is stored on the CRMsoftware.eu servers for 6 months and then automatically deleted.

Data that does not concern personal information, such as company names, locations and websites, is stored for statistical purposes for an indefinite period. This data can never be traced back to an individual.

Changes to the privacy statement
